Whoopie Pie Filling

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups shortening
• 12 cups confectioners sugar
• 10 egg whites(beaten stiffly)
• dash of salt
• 5 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine all ingredients except milk and beat well. Add just enough milk to achive a creamy consistency. Spread filling across cooled cookie circles.
