Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 4 oz. reduced fat sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 packet onion soup mix
- 3/4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all spices into a mixture. Brown ground beef and drain off any fat.
2. Add noodles, spice mix, milk and beef broth
3. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
4. Stir in sour cream, mix thoroughly, then serve.
