- Work together then add:
- 300 grams flour
- 250 grams margarine
- 1 tbsp vinegar 6 tbsp water
Work into a soft dough. Cover and leave stand overnight
Roll out dough and cut into 2 inch squares. Place jam into center of square and close up square, pressing down the edges. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Take out and roll in icing sugar and a tbsp vanilla sugar. Makes 36 crescents.
