Grilled Bruschetta Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves, about 1 pound
- 1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, divided
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

Step 1
Place large sheet of heavy duty foil over half of grill grate and heat grill to medium heat. Meanwhile, place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Add 2 tablespoons of dressing and seal the bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Remove chicken from bag, and discard the bag and the dressing.
Grill the chicken on uncovered side of the grill for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing, tomatoes, cheese, and basil.
Turn the chicken over and place cooked side up on foil on grill. Top with tomato mixture. Close lid. Grill for 8 minutes or until the chicken is done and has reached an eternal temperature of 165ºF.
