Muffin Pan Potato Gratins

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Russet Potatoes( about 3/4 lb each)
  • Coarse Salt and Pepper
  • Heavy cream
  • unsalted butter
  • Note: Can be doubled

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Lightly brush 6 standard muffin cups with room temperature unsalted butter. Thinly slice 2 medium russet potatoes. Place 2 slices in each cup season with salt and pepper, seasoning every few slices, until cups are filled. Pour i tablespoon heavy cream over each.
3. Bake until golden brown and tender when pierced with a knife 30 035 minutes. Run a thin knife around each gratin. Place a baking sheet over pan and invert to release grations. Flip right side up and serve
