Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 2 Cups of Chicken Stock Broth
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and whisk in flour
gradually add chicken stock and then the milk
bring to a gentle boil stirring often cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until thick
reduce the heat and keep warm
this is awesome on country fried steak
also good with shredded dried beef and served over biscuits
add bullion to flavor for what ever meal you are serving
also great with
crumbled sausage and served over biscuits
