Ingredients

  • Chocolate Glace:
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
  • 1/3 C. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • a C. miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 t. flour
  • 1 Keebler Ready rust graham pie crust (I use chocolate)
  • 1/2 C. miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 C. whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add egg, mixing until just combined.
2. Toss together 1 C. chocolate morsels & flour. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
3. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 about 25 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool for 1 hour.
4. In small saucepan combine 1/2 C. chocolate morsels and cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixtre thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Pour over cheesecake. Cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
5. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
YIELD: 8 servings
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
