5 Minute Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

For making ahead to bake later:

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the chocolate pieces, stirring until the chocolate is melted. Set aside to cool.

In another small bowl, add the flour, sugar and baking powder. Stir until well incorporated.

In another small bowl, mix the egg, milk and vanilla. Stir until well incorporated.

Add the liquid ingredients to the chocolate mixture and mix together until well mixed. Add the dry ingredients and stir until well blended.

Pour into a buttered bowl or mug.

Put into the microwave for 2 minutes.

Remove and enjoy!

If you are going to make it and nuke it immediately:

Melt the butter and chocolate together in a mug
Add the liquid ingredients, stirring well
Add the dry ingredients and stir until well blended
Place in the microwave for 2 minutes
Enjoy!
