Ingredients
- 3-4 # Chuck Roast
- 1 can beer
- 1 box Lipton onion soup
Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in roasting pan w/ cover. Shake one envelope of soup over roast. Pour the beer alongside roast and cover. Bake 5-6 hours at 250.
