Ingredients

  • 2/3 package cooked NO YOLKS
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) broccoli slaw (found near the coleslaw in the produce section)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 8 oz. lean chicken or boneless pork chops, in bite-sized pieces
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Cook NO YOLKS according to package directions, adding broccoli slaw at the 4 minute mark. Drain and keep warm. Stir fry chicken or pork in oil in a large skillet until lightly browned, about 5 min. Push meat to one side. Add onion and garlic, cook for 1 min. In the meantime, mix 2 tablespoons chicken broth and the cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth. To the skillet, add remaining broth, teriyaki sauce, red pepper flakes and cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Serve immediately over NO YOLKS broccoli mixture.
