Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 2 lbs ground veal
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 6 Tb butter
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2/3 cup parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic, celery, carrot,, and onion in olive oil for 10-15 min. Add veal and pork, brown for for 5 min. Add parsley, chicken stock,, white wine and tomato paste.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hrs.

Add butter, cream and cheese. Simmer for 5 min.

Salt & Pepper to taste.
