Ingredients
- 4-5 Medium russet potatoes
- half and half
- 3-4 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Clean and peel potatoes
2. Cut potatoes into small chunks
3. Put potatoes into pot of water. Bring water to a boil.
Boil water and potatoes until potatoes are soft.
4. Take pot of potatoes off heat. Add half and half and butter. Half and half is added based on mashed potato thickness preference. Mix with an electric mixer.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
