Sour cream pancakes
This recipe came from a friend of a friend up here in Birmingham. These really are the best pancakes I have ever had!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream (preferably Daisy)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together all dry ingredients. In separate bowl add wet ingredients one at a time- mixing between each ingredient. Add wet mixture to dry- batter should be lumpy. Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Then, ladle onto heated skillet and enjoy!
Just a note: pancakes are great with corn sprinkled in them- sounds weird but tastes great.
