Ingredients
- 1-16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots, thawed & drained
- 1 -can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1-cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 -can water chestnuts
- 1/3-cup sour cream
- 1/4-tsp. pepper
- 1 -can Durkees French fried onion rings

Preparation
Step 1
Combine veges., soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper, water chestnuts & 1/2 Durkees onions.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbling around edges.
Top with remaining cheese & onions, bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
