Our Grand Beef Nachos

Ingredients
- 1/2 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 2 Tablespoon Water
- 8 Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 large red jalapeno or green chilies
- Sides to have on hand
- Sour Creme
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- diced Tomatoes
- shredded lettuce

Preparation
Step 1
Brown Burger and drain
add the chili powder, salt, dried onion, paprika and water
simmer over medium to low heat for 10 minutes
mix the 2 cheeses in a seperate bowl
arrange tortilla chips on a baking tray
spread about a tablespoon of the refried beans onto each
chip
sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of beef onto the beans of each chip press down the beef to make a flat surface for the cheese
carefully pile a small handful of cheese on each chip
sprinkle a pinch of the dice onion over the cheese
place a slice of jalapeno on top to the onion
bake the chips for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted serve with your favorite toppings
