• 1 package (21.1 oz) brownie mix
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 egg
• 7 graham crackers (2 1/2 x 5 inch
• rectangles) coarsely crumbled
• 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, water, and egg; stir until blended.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over batter. Bake 20 minutes.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over brownies; top with marshamallows. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to brown.

Cool in pan on a wire rack. Use an oiled knife to cut into 1 x 2 inch squares.

Store in an airtight container.
