Stromboli Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 Mission® carb balance medium/soft taco flour tortillas or zesty garlic herb wraps
  • 1/3 cup butter , softened
  • 6 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounce provolone cheese , thinly sliced
  • 4 ounce salami , thinly sliced
  • 4 ounce capicola or ham , thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper , cut into strips
  • 4 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup)
  • Prego® Marinara Italian Sauce , heated

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400° F.

Lightly spread one side of each tortilla with one fourth of the softened butter and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Arrange one fourth of the provolone, salami, capicola and roasted peppers onto the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle each with one fourth of the mozzarella cheese. Roll the tortillas to enclose the filling. Place them seam-side down on a nonstick baking sheet. Brush the wraps with the remaining butter and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown.

Slice each wrap in half on the diagonal. Serve with the marinara sauce for dipping.
