Ingredients

  • FROSTING:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbls milk or cream
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil and salt

add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nuts.

Bake in jelly roll pan at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:
Beat Cream Cheese, margarine, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar

Frost bars when cool

This recipe freezes well.
