Cheesy Hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag diced hashbrowns
  • salt and pepper
  • 16 ounce sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 stick melted butter
  • Corn Flakes
  • Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine hashbrowns, salt and pepper, sour cream, cheese and soup.

Place in a 13x9 pan.

Top with Corn flakes and drizzle with butter.

Bake 325 for 1 hour.
