Ingredients
- 2 packages (16 oz each) chicken wing drummettes (about 20 drummettes)
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped chipotle chiles
- in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. Arrange drummettes in single layer in pan.
2. In small microwavable bowl, mix all remaining ingredients until well blended. Microwave on High 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved, stirring once halfway through cooking. Pour sauce over drummettes
to cover.
3. Bake 30 minutes. Turn drummettes over; bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until drummettes are glazed and juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180°F).
