Ingredients
- 3/4 c butter or margarine
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg (10 oz) vanilla chips, melted & cooled
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 c blueberries
- 1 c raspberries
- 1/2 c pineapple juice
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 t lemon juice

Step 1
In bowl, cream butter & sugar. Beat in flour (mix will be crumbly). Pat into bottom of greased 12" pizza pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-28 minutes. Cool. In another bowl, beat melted chips & cream. Add cream cheese, beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Chill for 30 minutes. Arrange berries over filling. In saucepan, combine last 4 ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool. Brush over fruit. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Store in fridge.
