Ingredients

  • 4 c fresh diced apples
  • 1 2/3 c sugar
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 2/3 c nuts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 2 t soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 c flour

Cooking time 1mins

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together 1st 5 ingredients
Add dry ingredients to above

Pour into 9x13 pan and bake 350 for 1 hr.
