Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 4 6 oz. salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup apricot nectar
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Cooking spray

Step 1
Prepare grille.
Sprinkle salmon with garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper. Cover and refridgerate 15 min.
Combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced to 1/4 cup - about 10 min.
Spray grille rack with cooking spray, place fillets on the grille rack with skin side up. Grille 2 min. Turn carefully. Grille 4 min or until fish flakes with fork. Brush each fillet with 1 tbsp. glaze, grille 30 seconds longer.
