Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 cups rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 1 cup sugar

Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, 2 tbsp sugar and cut in 3 tbsp margarine until mixed. Add eggs and milk, mix into a soft ball of dough Turn onto a floured board and roll into a 12x6 inch rectangle. Mix rhubarb and the 1 cup sugar, put half into greased 5 cup baking dish. Put remainder rhubarb on dough and roll up and slice into 1 inch thick slices. Arrange slices of rhubarb in baking dish and dot with 1 tbsp margarine. Bake at 400 F for 20 - 25 minutes.
