- 1 1/4 c fat free milk
- 1 (4 serving size) vanilla flavor ff, sf, instant pudding
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 1 container (8oz) cool whip ff or reduced fat
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl beat milk, pudding mix, and spice w/wire whisk for 1 1/2 minutes. Whisk in pumpkin and fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread in crust
Top w/remaining whipped topping
Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. Store in refrigerator
