Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 finely chopped rosemary, thyme and parsley
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Season lamb with salt and pepper. Heat butter in pan and sear meat. SAve butter. Add garlic and herbs and toss lightly. Mix in bread crumbs. Brush each rack with mustard and spread with crumb mixture.
