Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tap baking soda
- 1 tsp cinammon
- 1 pinch salt, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 tsp cinammon

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinammon, salt, nutmeg, allspice and ginger. In another bowl, mix oil, sugar, egg , yogurt and applesauce. Combine mixtures, just until blended. Fill greased muffins tins. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over muffins. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 25 minutes or until done.
