Rice Krispies Squares

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 250 g pkg about 40regular Marshmallows
  • 2 ml(1/2 tsp.) vanilla
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies

Microwave Directions:
In large microwave bowl, microwave ¼ cup margarine at HIGH 30-60 seconds or until melted. Add 250 g pkg about 40regular marshmallows, tossing to coat. Microwave on HIGH 1-11/2 minutes or until smooth when stirred, stirring after 45 seconds. Stir in 2ml(1/2 tsp.) vanilla. Add 6 cups Rice Krispies stirring until coated. Using lightly-buttered spatula, press into buttered 3.5l (13 X 9”) pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
