Ingredients
- 1-3 to 4 Pounds of Arm or Chuck Steak
- 2 1/2 pounds of Red Potatoes Quartered
- 2 Pounds of Baby Carrots
- 1 beef crock pot base
- 4 cups of beef broth
- some people like to add
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 onion sliced thick and seperated
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large clove garlic minced
- pepper corns
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Preparation
Step 1
MIx together crock pot base with beef broth
add meat, potatoes and carrots
cook on low crock pot heat for 8 to 10 hours

next day
take remaining beef broth add 1 large can
crushed tomatoes
1 bag of mixed vegetables
simmer all day for awesome veggie soup
