CHERRY CHEESECAKE

Ingredients
- GRAHAM CRUMB CRUST
- 1/3 cup hard margarine (or butter)
- 1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- FILLING
- 12 oz. cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- TOPPING
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 19 oz. can of cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Graham Crumb Crust: Melt margarine in medium saucepan on medium. Add graham crumbs and sugar. Stir until well mixed. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased 9x9 inch pan.
FILLING: Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs together in medium bowl until smooth. Pour crust. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes until set. Cool for 10 minutes.
TOPPING: Stir sour cream and sugar together in small bowl. Spread evenly over cream cheese mixture. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool for 1 hour
Spread with pie filling. Chill.
