- 1 cup Hash Brown Shreds
- 1 9" deep dish unbaked pie shell, frozen
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place sausage, bacon, hash browns and cheese into pie shell.
3. Beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over potato and meat mixture.
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.
