• 5 strips Fully Cooked Bacon Slices
• 1 cup Hash Brown Shreds
• 1 9" deep dish unbaked pie shell, frozen
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup half & half
• 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place sausage, bacon, hash browns and cheese into pie shell.

3. Beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over potato and meat mixture.

4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.
