  • Canned Peas
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Yellow Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • White Wine

Preparation

Step 1

1 or 2 canned peas and drain them......
Then take a large frying pan and coat the bottom with extra virgin olive oil.
Put some sliced onions in the pan and let them cook a little.

Then put some Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Let all that cook for a bit.
Then add the pre-sliced mushrooms and spread them over all the ingredients.
add some white cooking wine and mix everything together. Cover and let it cook for a bit.

Stir it around and cover again. Repeat this a few times until the mushrooms have cooked and are tender.
Then add the peas, mix and cover again. Let this continue to cook.
Remove the cover and let the mixture cook to reduce the liquids.
