cream puffs

Ingredients

  • Cream puffs
  • 1/2 c boiling water
  • 1/4 c marg
  • 1/8 tesp salt
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 375 bring water marg salt to boil
add flour all at onece
beat over low heat till mix leaves the sides of pan and forms ball
remove form heat continure to beat mix to cool about 2 min
add egg one at a time
beating well after each untill satin like sheen
drop mix by the spoon full on to ungreased pan
bake untill well bronw and puffie 30 min remove and cut slit in
side of each

bake 5 min more
cool fill wiht whip cream
spinkle with powder sugar
