Steamed Kale

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 T. coconut vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil
  • garlic powder and salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Remove the thick stem on the kale.

Put about 1 inch of water in the pan on the stove to get steaming and add the kale. Let the kale steam till it starts to wilt. Remove from stove and drain water.

Add coconut vinegar and olive oil some garlic powder and salt to taste. You can adjust the vinegar and oil to your taste.
