Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Whites, room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp Cream Tartar
  • 1/4 Salt
  • 1 c Splenda
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat egg whites in metal bowl until fluffy.
2. Add cream tartar and salt.
3. Gradually add Splenda, by ¼ cups.
4. Beat for 6 minutes, add cocoa powder.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets.
7. Bake 300° for 25 minutes.
