Ingredients
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup all -purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups firmly pack brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
1. In large mixing bowl, combine oats, cocount and flour.
2. In heavy saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
3. Pour over dry ingredients; blend well
4. Drop by rounded cookie scoop into greased mini muffin pans that have spray with Pam
5. Bake 12-15 minutes or until well browned
6. Cool in pans
7.Place in container with wax papaer between layers
