Salad Dressing/Murray's Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 # Roquefort Cheese
• 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
• 2-3 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp salad oil
• 3/4 cup whipping vream
• 1/2 tsp chives

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until blended.
Mix at low speed with electric beaters for 2-3 minutes, or until the sour cream and cheese are well blended.
