Salad/ Marco Polo Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 1 # spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 green pepper, julienned
  • 1 Red Pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 # Jarlsberg Cheese
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp Coarse black pepper
  • 1 tbsp leaf oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp leaf basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook, drain and cool pasta. Julienne cut red and green peppers and Jarlsberg cheese. Combine all ingreients. Chop parsley, mix with remaining dressing ingredients. Combine salad and dressing. Mix thoroughly. Chill and serve.
