Basil Butter

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 pound butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, chop basil. Add butter, lemon juice and pepper and garlic salt; blend until smooth. Serve with warm bread.
