Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or other mild vinegar
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp chopped fresh herbs
Preparation
Step 1
In a salad bowl, rub the garlic into the salt. add the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, and wine. Whisk in the oil. Add sugar, pepper and herbs. Remove garlic. whisk again. Add greens.
