Ingredients

  • 1

    cup butter

  • ¾

    cup brown sugar

  • ¾

    cup white sugar

  • ¾

    cup vegetable oil

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    cup oatmeal

  • 1

    cup rice krispies

  • 1

    cup fine coconut

  • 1

    tsp baking soda

  • 1

    tsp cream of tartar

  • 3

    cups white flour

Directions

Beat butter till creamy. Beat in sugars, oil and egg, til smooth. Beat in oats, rice krispies, coconut, soda and crm of tartar. Slowly beat in flour. Roll dough into 1"balls. Place on parchment covered cookie sheet. Flatten dough balls with a fork. Bake at 350 12-15 minutes.
