Christopher's Dairy Free Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 8ounce tubs of regular cream cheese or Tofutti dairy free cream cheese
  • 1 bundle of green onions, chopped
  • 2 packages of Buddig Beef, chopped and divided

Preparation

Step 1

Mix onion, 1 package of the beef and cream cheese together in a bowl. Mixture will be thick.

Form into ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Cover with remaining beef slices to cover entire ball.

Serve on a plate with crackers. Town House crackers are preferred.
