Ingredients
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. dry corkscrew pasta - cooked al dente
- 6 cups raw vegetables of choice (broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, havled cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, snow pea pods, cucumber slices)

Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients to make dressing (cooked pasta and vegetables are used later).
Pour dressing mixture over hot pasta. Toss to coat. Mix in vegetables.
Chill before serving.
