  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 oz. dry corkscrew pasta - cooked al dente
  • 6 cups raw vegetables of choice (broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, havled cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, snow pea pods, cucumber slices)

Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

Whisk together all ingredients to make dressing (cooked pasta and vegetables are used later).

Pour dressing mixture over hot pasta. Toss to coat. Mix in vegetables.

Chill before serving.
