Ingredients

• optional ingredients:
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1/2 c whip cream
• 2 tbls sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• dash salt
• bananas
• 1 tbls orange juice
• 1 tbls lemon juice
• grated orange kind

Preparation

Step 1

combine cream in small bowl with beaters, put in refrigerator until well chilled.
beat cream until frothy, gradually add other ingredients beating until stiff, refrigerate until ready to use hold for about 2 hours
dip bananas in ice cream and roll in coconut and serve.
