Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1-1/4 cups cracker crumbs
- butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine: 4 cups sweet corn (canned or frozen)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
1-1/2 cups milk
Add 1-1/4 cups cracker crumbs to above and sprinkle about 1/2 cup of crumbs on top - dot with butter and bake at 325 for about 1/2 hour.
Yield - Serves 8
If using frozen corn, cook in microwave first.
