- 1 c Shortening
- 1 1/2 c Splenda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Peaches, drained
- 3 c Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 c Walnuts

2. Fold in peaches and walnuts.
3. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes
