Ingredients
- 1 Medum Onion
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 an - 14 oz Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- 1 1/2 lbs. Potatoes ,peeled,sliced
- 2 Cups Crushed crackers
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp. Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Spray skillet, add onion, cook 5 minutes. Add cream cheese, broth and mustard. Mix Remove from heat. Spray 9 x 13 Pan with cooking spray. Toss potatoes with cream cheese, spoon into pan. Combine crackers, parmesan cheese,butter, parsley. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 1 hr at 350
