    - 48 oz Cans chicken Broth

  • 1

    Lb. Ground Beef

  • 1

    Egg

  • 1/2

    Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

  • 1 -10 oz pkg frozen spinach,thawed

  • 1 -16 oz pkg. frozen Tortellini

  • 1/2

    tsp, salt and pepper

Directions

Put broth in lg.pot- heat till simmering. Mix ground beef,egg, bread crumbs, Salt, pepper- form 3/4 " balls dro into broth an cook about 5 minutes. Add frozen tortellini, boil 7 minutes, add spinach , heat 3 minutes.
