Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into julienne strips
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
- 1 small onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons sunflower nuts
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1.HEAT oil in large skillet. Add broccoli, zucchini, red pepper strips, onion, salt and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
2.ADD mushrooms. Stir-fry 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in sunflower nuts and soy sauce.
